Office Conversion

Architecture

A historic railway station constructed in 1879, once part of Malings Pottery, was the focus of this project. Over the years, the Victorian buildings had served various industrial uses. The brief involved converting these industrial units into a modern office space. The building was stripped back to celebrate the original structure, resulting in a dynamic, open-plan office environment brimming with character.

The design maximises natural light to create an inviting workspace that accommodates over 125 people, merging heritage and modern functionality.
