Extension, Structural alterations
and Contract Administration
This extension features large areas of glazing and bi-folding doors, along with a vaulted ceiling which creates a open and light family room. The semi-industrial styling offers a contemporary feel against a well-appointed traditional house.
To complete the project, a raised patio area was constructed, featuring porcelain tiles that run seamlessly from inside to outside, creating a smooth and cohesive transition between the indoor and outdoor spaces. This design enhances the flow and connection, making the space feel larger and more unified. Additionally, a large grassed area and a further patio at the rear of the garden offer plenty of room for relaxation and outdoor activities, providing a versatile space for family gatherings and leisure.
